Warranty and Returns Policy - Roborock Australia

Buyer beware: When purchasing Roborock products from unauthorised retailer's your warranty will not be valid. Furthermore, the Roborock app may not work.

Deselect "Roborock Product and Service Updates" in app settings to stop receving these updates.

Warranty Policy


This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of products , sold or certified by 360 International Trading Pty Ltd which were purchased and used in Australia.

The warranty covered 12 months from the date of purchase of the product (24 months for S7maxv Ultra, S8 Plus, S8 Pro Ultra, Roborock Qrevo, Roborock Qrevo MaxV , S8 MaxV Ultra).

The benefits provided under this limited warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies provided under Australian consumer law.

During the limited warranty period 360 International Trading Pty Ltd will repair or replace, at its option, products that manifest defects in material or workmanship. To request warranty service within Australia you need to call +61 1800 413 621 or send an email to support-au@roborock.com to apply for a case number first; you can then return the faulty product to our service centre.

You will be responsible for shipping charges, insurance, and other transportation - related expenses incurred in claiming the warranty from 360 International Trading Pty Ltd. we are not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping.

If you return out-of-warranty products or products under warranty that are determined not to conform to this warranty, you will be responsible for assessment fee and other transportation-related expenses.


All device assessed to have related cause below will not be covered under limited warranty. However, can be repaired with a service fee:

  • Out of warranty repair (Warranty period)
  • Failed to provide Proof of Purchase and Serial number.
  • Warranty commitment released by unauthorized dealer.
  • Damage and distress caused by improper use such as dropping device, liquid damage, force pressure etc.
  • Damage and distress caused by pest such as a cockroach
  • Fair wear and tear and cosmetic damage
  • Malfunction or damage caused by commercial use or other not-home or ordinary domestic use
  • Battery health degraded overtime
  • Failure to follow operating, handling, storage and installation instructions.
  • damage caused by use with non-Roborock products,such as cleaning solutions of other brand
  • Power surges, connections to improper voltage supply
  • Unauthorized maintenance, repair, disassembly or modification
  • Use of the Product in conjunction with any device or firmware not approved by 360 International Trading Pty Ltd or any Spillages of food or liquid, software viruses, fire or acts of God
  • If the product identification and/or serial numbers on the Product have been defaced, altered or removed.
  • Repair or replacement of consumables if any,such as mop cloths, filter, main brush, main brush cover, side brush.
  • Any third-party hardware or firmware
  • Any other cause which is not related to a product defect
  • Due to damage caused by insects or small animals, such as small lizards, cockroaches, spiders, etc., inside the machine, it will result in warranty void.

To the extent permitted by 360 International Trading Pty Ltd is not liable for any special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage.

To make a claim you will need to provide your proof of purchase in the form of a valid receipt that displays the date and place of purchase. Provide the SN which can be found from your product or the packaging, e.g. R14OCS25100380
